USELESS!! NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MAKRO

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MAKRO!! Yes im ****ed. On 19Nov i made an online purchase that NEVER ARRIVED after a trivial back n forth with Makro they agreed to a refund HOWEVER of the 16 items i had purchased only 1 item was refunded error was courtesy of either Makro or The courier guy who raised the initial return WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE!!! I AM YET TO RECEIVE THE BALANCE OF MY REFUND!! Not to mention that the items had been purchased for work! Can you Imagine explaining to your employer that 2 Months later that im still waiting for Makro to fix this MESS!! THANK GOD I STARTED WITH A SMALL PURCHASE!! IT IS EXTREMELY SAD THE LENGTHS CUSTOMERS HAVE TO GO JUST TO GET BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. FYI.. MAKRO YOU HAVE LOST A BIG CUSTOMER! AS MY COMPANY HAS STORES COUNTY WIDE FROM CAPE TOWN AIRPORT, SUN CITY AND OR TAMBO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO NAME A FEW.. I WILL MAKE SURE MY AFFILIATES WITHDRAW THERE MAKRO ACCOUNTS AND EVERYONE WILL KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
