Useless Makro Return
Makro President Square Vanderbijlpark. Most useless management staff, clueless,useless. Bought my son a schoolbag in beginning of January 2023. After about 2 months the bag started tearing on top by shoulder straps. Ja ,the books are heavy in Grade 8 ,but so is everyone in school..we took it back on Sunday the 26/03 and were told that it would be sent back to supplier and could take 6 WEEKS . . Note ...this is my son's schoolbag. Today Monday the 27th a so called manager phoned and said it's not a school bag but a sports bag....lol. all the schoolbags are packed together and sold as schoolbags you *********** idiot of a manager.... Come on Makro ,reply to this
