Useless Makro failing Customers.

I've logged a call on the 24th March to Makro Care Centre. The fridge we bought was faulty freezing everything while temp on 1. A call was logged and technician came out on the 6th but didn't have the part to repair but promised to order and come back. On the 2 of May technician came back with the wrong part. Logged a call again with Marko to collect they faulty frigde and was promissed a call back its now the 5th and no one called or emailed. NOw it's been 2 months waiting for repairs to a fridge that's not even 6 months old. The rubbers on the doors came off now air is streaming into the bottom freezer. I always believed Marko was one of the best retailers but now i have seen what they capable of. The pathetic don't care attitude is truly unbelievable. I will not recommend anyone to buy from Makro ever again.
