Useless Makro

Terrible online experience - Money deducted no refund, call centre agents are useless, Money deducted from my account, been battling for 2 weeks now, calls, emails, to be refunded, have to explain my query every time. All documents submitted, jsut for them to request again, had to resort to Linkedin and Rocket search to get hold of Senior management, still not resolved, praying! Will never buy online from them again! Worse experience!
