Useless Makro

I've taken a look on HelloPeter, and just today alone, there's more than 5 reviews about the poor service that people have received from Makro. I've placed an order on the 30th of September online using the Payflex method. Today is the 10th of October, and I've still not received my refrigerator. I've been going back and forth with Makro since the 30th, using my airtime and taking time out of my day to continously call and check where the issue is. I am absolutely frustrated by now! I've bought items of which are now gone bad, because I was supposed to receive my fridge on the 30th of September. I don't know how difficult it is to trace a payment that is been made when you already have a reference number! This is certainly not rocket science. Their service is absolutely **********!!
