Useless MAKRO

I bought a 5 plate gas stove worth R9.999 on before black friday and it was said to be delivered on 4th of dec 2024, till date i hve not recieved my order.

I was calling since the 4th of dec but no resolution was made out of thousands calls i made, again their service consultant they dont want to provide me with their surname only names they can. Is it even professional especially when dealing with a customer?

VALUE EXPRESS also came to the picture as one of the untrusted courier which works with MAKRO rsa , makro said my delivery is with Value express and they cant get hold to value.
