USELESS MAKRO

Makro is the most useless shop, instore or online. i placed an order on the 29th March that was meant to be hear today (already 8days) when i call customer care Sinidy say oh the supply is having a problem creating waybills to send it, so they will get to it when they can, i mean really how does that even work, no sorry its delayed on email or anything, you must wait till they one day want to send it from JHB. USLESS BEHIND USELESS. every time i order from them, there is always a problem.
