HELP HELP PLEASE!! Makro is usless, too ***********, unprofessional and RUDE with NO assistance and empty promises to assist and to call you back to resolve an airfryer complant!!. Their whats up platform is non existent. Head office no gives me just a voice recording. No Silver Lakes branch direct contact details! Their customer service staff are rude, unprofessional, *********** and UNASSISTING. My complaint not being resolved..where should I go?? Complaint on Kenwood airfryer I bought from them. Their returns dept staff SO SO RUDE to customers Customer services ignores my complaint and STILL WAITING for complaints or service mngr to call me..tik tok tik tok..no call back!! Makro provides No after sales service on a R2000 appliance, no customer service no decent complaints platform! How do I get management from the branch to contact me eg sales mngr?? Or even customer service manager??? Help help!!
