Useless is the norm for Makro

Yet again I have to come to Hello Peter to complain about Makro. A week ago I had to place 2 complaints on here to finally get my delivery. Again I am having issues with a simple delivery. I ordered an item which shows delivered but I have not received anything. Tried requesting feedback via mail but the response I get is they are busy and will attend to my mail when they can. Used the Whatsapp line and got a ref and was told they will investigate and no feedback as yet. Customer Care and Makro Online is a joke to be honest. They can't get one order right. PATHETIC!!!!!
