Useless gaurentee's
I have received a Mellerware product with a so called 2 year guarentee as a present.After using it for about 5 times the appliance stopped working.It was taken back to Makro and I was informed the appliance was irriparible and a voucher must be collected. The voucher means nothing to me,I believe that Mellerware should replace the item that was faulty.So every appliance you buy at Makro with a guarentee is null and void if it is not repairable.Consumers must be aware of Makro policies that *****s us as clients by not hounering gaurentees on all appliance they sell.
