Useless extended warranty

I bought an extended warranty for my washing machine at Makro. My machine is broken and is extended warranty is still valid. I called Makro to log a call. I received an email saying "a service call was logged and a technician will contact me in three working days". It's been a week now. I phoned yesterday to follow up. I was told, they will get back to me. I am still waiting. This is a horrible after sales service. I would not advise anyone to buy extended warranty from Makro. Just save your money, trust manufactures warranty. If your appliance breaks, you can just fix it from your pocket. Makro extended warranty is useless. You will just be sent from pillar to post. Great source of headache
