Useless empty promises and sorry, very sorry.

I would suggest NEVER EVER to use Makro's online store. They just don't care at all. Empty promises are all I get. I have ordered stuff on 29th November 2019, and only received the last of my order end of January 2020. They promised me all kinds of promises, and letting me down ON EVERY SINLGE ONE OF THOSE PROMISES. They promised me a R200 gift voucher bacause they stuffed up. Guess what?? I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!! They sent it via SMS to my office number, WHICH CANNOT RECEIVE SMS' When I told them, they supposedly corrected the number. However, I still have not received it. How pathetic is that? It has been 7 days since my previsous email. Still no response. Now they just don't care.
