USELESS DEPT / DISHONEST COMPANY

This has been going on since 16 January!!!!! Dear THEA LATEGAN Your refund request ***8 has been successfully refunded. PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM - THEY DO NOT DO THE REFUNDS IN 10 DAYS AS THEY STATE... just imagine if everyone they owe money to they dont pay in the 10 days - HOW MUCH INTEREST THEY EARN ON THESE FUNDS!!! THEY ARE DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!! I have been trying for this refund since 16 Jan 2024 and I am still waiting - I keep on getting mesgs stating it has been sent to the finance dept for refund and everytime states I must give it 2-5 days...***....????
