Useless delivery services

I have been using Makro for my Stokvel purchases for over 11 years, & over the years the service has just been depreciating. This year is even worse the staff has no remorse whatsoever. Trevor from the delivery team is very rude to say the least. We got to Makro when they opened this morning, they loaded their truck by 8.30 gave us meat to take with, when following he just literally told us to calm down its not like they won't deliver. We specifically asked for 13.00. This has always been the case. I do not tolerate rudeness especially when a supplier is in the wrong. Yes the R70k we spent at their store might be small change but the least they can do is be apologetic.
