USELESS DELIVERY AND NO HEL FROM CUSTOMER CARE

Purchase some items from Makro. Received the first part of my Order and Still waiting with no indication of when I will receive my Order. I have phoned and mailed their customer service department Daily and All we get it We will send you a mail tomorrow with delivery details this has been 2 weeks of we will send you a mail tomorrow. Customer service is non existing and I dont know if I am going to get my money back or my order some time soon. They still advertising the Same item on the special site though!
