Useless customer support and service

I would never recommend Makro for any online purchase. I placed my order for several items on 10 July 2022 Order was placed on a 3 delivery Item #1=. 5 - 10 day delivery #2 = 5 - 10 day delivery #3 = 2 - 5 day delivery I received my first two deliveries within 4 days BUT I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE LAST ORDER #3... THE ONE APARENTLY "packed on the 10th of july awaiting courier".

On day 10 i contacted "Makro customer care" who told me the items are packed and they will let me know wat is the problem regarding my delivery.... Day 11 i tried AGAIN.... STILL NO FEEDBACK!!!! DAY 12 today... i am utterly disappointed and angry that the useless idiots that helped me have not let me know about anything even telling me "sir you cant collect your items at a different store" and when i promted to cancel the order i got informed it would take ANOTHER 14 DAYS to receive my money back.... How ****ing utterly useless and frustrating this experience has made me! Will NEVER SUPORT THEM AGAIN!
