Useless Customer Service, can't repair Washing Machine in warranty

I reported an issue with a Washing Machine on 16 August. Makro sent someone to come view it who said there is an issue with the control panel and they will order the part and come back. We going for 3 months now, follow ups with the contact centre are useless as they always lie that a manager will call you after escalating the issue which never happens & seems like I'm a fool who has to call them continuously to be told the same lie. useless useless customer service. Save yourselves a headache and buy electronics from Takealot cause you will never experience such pathetic customer service with them
