Useless customer service

I can not believe how disappointing the service is for this company, how is it possible that I have to follow up constantly on a return request I am sitting with a broken fridge in my house for over a week now and when I request a return I just get told "I will be contacted" and nothing happens.

Come take your useless fridge and refund me!
