Useless Customer Service !!!!!

Absolutely Useless Service !!!!

I ordered a freezer on the Black Friday special and was told 7-10 days for delivery....it has now been 2 weeks. I have tried phoning but no one can tell what is happening with my order or when it will be delivered.

Seriously !!!!! Is this what Makro calls good customer service ????

Must I just sit and wait.....and pray I get my order before Xmas ?

Any response ?
