Useless customer care! No option to update delivery address

Makro online has the worst customer care line! I made an online purchase with the wrong delivery address, immediately contacted the online assistance via whatsapp to update the address only to be told that I need to wait for the supplier to process the order which is contradictory to what the website says, so i wait till i get update from supplier so i can change my delivery address, I go back to online help on whatsap and now Im not getting any response from the whatsap help line! There is no option to update delivery address on my profile!
