Useless customer care line. With zero feedback

Tried to buy a watch for the elderly. Due to my father's passing and my mother not being able to look after herself,neither my brother nor I is close enough. Paid it online and 3rd patty app crached yet payment was made. I sent multiple emails including proof of payment and phones multiple times. No one seems able nor willing to assist. Today 2 weeks later the order was canceled yet it was paid and no refund was made to us. This item being a matter of life and death. I am truly dissapointed with the customer care. Would not recommend buying items here that is desperately needed. Use alternative sites.
