Useless company to buy online items.

After ordering an item online, I received a totally different item and requested a return/refund on 19/12/2024. After numerous phone calls, emails, whatsapp messages there has been no help or response from Makro. If an item on their web page says "online only" it appears that the item is not supp**** by Makro but from outside sources that supply inferior products. Useless company to buy from online and be careful with products bought from the store itself. Examine what you buy thoroughly.
