Useless card system
I have had a loyalty card with Makro for many many many years and to date they keep sending me text messages to update my email address. Every month I either call them or go into the branches to update but to no avail. I have never ever received any info, feedback or interest in my loyalty from Makro. I do not know what the use of the card or loyalty 'scheme' is.
