Useless cant even describe the service

This is noulw getting out of hand. Already 12 days after online purchase that Makro cancelled my order and I am still waiting for my money! First the wanted proof of payment, then after many fights ID and banking details. Now again they want proof of payment. And if you call to talk to a supervisor they refuse that you talk to a supervisor.
