Useless call centre and *********** logistics team

Absolutely bad service from Makro, I placed an online order in September of which they failed to deliver all of the ordered items. I have on multiple occasions contacted their call centre, they promise to escalate the matter all the time but nothing has happened. To date no refund has been processed for a failure to deliver on their side.
