Useless brand and store Bennet read and makro

Makro amanzimtoti your service sucks, I purchased a Bennet read microwave thinking oh wow what a good brand and bargain only for this microwave to do the opposite of what it supposed to do and make a big noise! Took it to the store and mind you it's still within its one year guarantee period according to my knowledge guarantee means can be placed or refunded but oh wow tevo refused either but instead didn't knowntg difference between a guarantee and warranty!!! The staff said we'll. IL test it and if it works will you take it home and I'm like hell yeah I will which means and my plug points are a problem and I said we'll. If it doesn't work you will replace it she said yes when she tested it and it didn't work she apparently couldn't replace it because tevo wouldn't allow it And now I'm Suppose to wait 21 days until it's fixed !!! This is a freaking essential appliance and it's the first time i have experienced an appliance not being replaced or refunded while under guarantee.. MAKRO AMANZIMTOTI, BENNETT READ, TEVO COME TO THE THE PARTY AND SEE EXPLAIN THE POOR CONSUMER SERVICE AND YOURLS POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!
