Useless brand!!

I have purchased from Makro online on the 29 Nov and ever since there was no progress on my order until this day. Everytime I call their customer care they are telling me one thing "escalating" for over a week now, how is this even possible for a brand like Makro. This is a bad experience from this people and I don't I will purchase again from them.
