Useless
So dissapointed in Makro I've placed an order on 23July 2025 till today I haven't received what I have order been in contact with them the sales consultants at their online department jeeps on lying to me that my order is with the courier all to find out the courier never received what I've order they received small earphones which I never order now the consultants keeps on lying that it's been dispatch, but its never been, was my last time ordering anything from Makro

11 Aug 2025, 08:50I can't believe what Makro has done to me been waiting for an order since the 23July and been complaining and being **** to by Makro's Consultants that's this parcel has been send to the courier, but the courier never received any items, today after I wrote a complain all of a sudden Makro updated their system that it has been delivered, to who I don't know, because I never received any items, this is all a ****, and for a company like Makro I am so disappointed
