Useless app and very bad service experience

The app and service is really really bad. Did an online order only for the order to be split into three separate deliveries and even then then there were items missing, reached out to customer care ( if you would like to call it that) that was useless both the call centre and email had to eventually go to there store and wait for both service and the missing items from my order for about an hour and 45 minutes.
