Useless and Rude Managers at Makro Germiston.

I bought stove and oven from Makro online on the 02 Dec with the expected delivery date of 05 Dec 2924. On the delivery date,I received an email saying there is a delay. There was no contact details on the email where I can contact. I called their online customer care ,to cancel the order, the consultants kept on saying they will escalate the matter and they did not. I went to Makro Germiston, their Managers are useless including their senior Indian Manager who was very rude . I requested cancellation and a refund . They took me from Pillar to post, I sent email with no reply and contacted them they didn't answered the call not coming back to me. I will never order on Makro online ever again .
