Useless and refunding people quick to take your money

Useless makro now another month has gone by and still i havent recieved my refund and it is considered *****ing i havent even recieved the order they werent able to deliver it then i cancelled it and this they cant even do it is as if no one is working at makro or atleast someone that knows whats going on there this is shocking and everytime you contact then they either put the phone down in your ear or they will just say we will escalate it escalate it to what your ceo you have escalated this matter so many times it has to be by the ceo of the company already rather spend you money elswhere people as makro will just ***** your money i geuse it is up to the authorities and layers now as i have handed it over to them this matter so people save yourselfs time money and headaches and just use vendors like takealot for online shopping as makro is useless
