Useless and liers!!!!!
DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever buy anything online from makro. I purchased chairs on the 11th December and it said that delivery will happen by 19th December 25. It's the 22nd December 25 and I still don't have the chairs, they claim that the courier needs to pick it up in jhb to deliver it in Cape Town. Once they have your money or payment then their customer service is non existent, they don't have the respect to make contact to keep you informed of a delay. I'll make sure that I let everyone know that they shouldn't support Makro because they are a bunch of liers!!!

Reading the reviews I can see that you guys do this too many people and you've getting away with it to long. I was promised over the phone by your call centre on Saturday that it's being collected and it would be here on Monday which is today and when I called today they said it wasn't collected yet. You are the most dishonest company that I've ever dealt with and you will pay for this believe me that everyone will know not to have dealings with you!!!!! I want my order delivered!!!!!!

I pray that you *******s will go out of business and that you will struggle to find a job because lieing comes so easily to all of you. You guys are the biggest pieces of ****s in the world. I hope you burn in hell for taking people for a fool. I will be in store tomorrow and I'll make a scene so that everyone knows not to support your business!!!!!!!!Nowhere do the courier have any waybill number that your call centre gave me and you are telling me that the problem is with them!!!!!!!
