Useless and bad service

i have been struggling to get a paid up letter from makro since i settled my account on the 21st of May 2021 , i am still waiting for this letter as it is the only letter i need in order to get my clearance certificate from my debt review .m i have been sending emails, i have went to makro crown mines i have called numerous times an no one can assist me. i have recieved no response from makro not even a reference number for my request yet they were so quick to hand me over and bug me for money. i urgently need a paid up letter for makro account so i can please get my clearance certificate , you guys are delaying my process by so much just for a letter confirming that the account is paid .
