Makro your service is horrific.

If you ever decide to shop at Makro think twice.30 days later and I am still waiting for my refund.The matter got escalated and escalated with no resolution.You have to call them for updates.When you speak to their online support team they talk to eachother and then put your call on hold.This is the type of service they have to offer.

I then got through to a supervisor who promised to call me regularly with feedback regarding the matter.It is almost a week later and no phone calls received.This was obviously another lie.I am sick of phoning you for feedback.I will take this matter into my own hands now.

I will never use Makro in my life again!!!!!!!You are a bunch of *******!!!!!
