Useless

I wish I could give them a minus review. Firstly I get a mail that my Item is with Courier. After a few days not receiving a call from Courier. I follow up only to receive a mail at 3 in the afternoon that the courier company has tried to contact me and if I don't respond before end of the day the order will be canceled, I then phoned in and was reassured that the order is with the couriers and will be delivered. I waited another 3 days and still no phone call. Then I receive mail to say I will be refunded as Makro is out of Stock on the Item. How can my order be with couriers if they never had stock. I was refunded after I had to follow up with refund. Makro also demands response before COB but they don't adhere to their own standards as I have mailed them and received automated ref number but do not get a call or a mail back. You are better of ordering from Temu then from Makro in our own country. Truly horrible. I also see now they are still selling the product online yet no stock? Price is also now R500 more expensive.
