Useless

I have purchased a package at Makro on the 28th of Novemeber 2022, til today 15/12/2022 the packaged was not even picked up yet from them. To phone them takes another 30min that i must hold on just to talk to someone. On the website it states that delivery will take 21 days. Their service is useless.
