Used product delivered

I bought a geyser online which got delivered on Monday 3rd July 2023. Upon opening the geyser on Tuesday, we found the geyser had been a second-hand used geyser which had a patch. I logged a query for a refund via email on 4th July 2023 and I have not had any feedback regarding the matter.
