Used Goods delivered

I ordered a printer from Makro online, it was delivered, when I opened the printer to do a set-up, there were documents in the box that stated that parts have been replaced, and the printer was dirty and clearly used, and obviously faulty as parts had to be replaced.

I first emailed Makro, 2 different emails, no reply. I logged a return online, the item was not collected.

I used the Whatsapp line, but unable to reply immediately the chat was closed (I rep**** within 2 minute).

This is truly appallingly: I paid for a new printer, but recieved a second hand printer Contacted Makro in 3 different ways, and I am being ignored.

This is unacceptable and against Section 55 of SA Consumer Protection Act.
