I am Precious, Director of NP ENTERPRISE (Pty) Ltd, NCR registered credit provider.

I am opening a ******** case for alleged *****, forgery and misrepresentation. CAS number to follow.

The suspect in our case is alleging to be your employee: Tshidiso Joseph Mbule , Employee No ***6, ID *** Last payslip submitted to us employed as Sales Consultant - Servisure Pty Ltd - Makro.

What he is alleged to have done: 1. Posed as our agent and recruited clients and used our company name for ***** 2. Collected R500-R1500 per client claiming to work for NP ENTERPRISE and informing clients to cancel debit order mandates after the loan has been issued 3. Used your company payslip and name to gain trust

We have his company payslip and proof of payments will attach and ID as well.

Been emailing HR emails bounce back and calls are not being picked up

Request: 1. Please confirm if he is still employed at your company 2. Please confirm if he was authorised to act on behalf of your company for loans 3. Please preserve his employment file for SAPS
