Urgent dissatisfaction with Makro online

On the 28th May 2024, I made a purchase of a karaoke microphone at the price of R180, order was processed successfully, which means they had enough stock available at the time of my order, delivery estimated to be 2 to 5 working days, 8 days later when I make a follow up, they tell me they don’t have the stock I will get a refund while now the product price has increased to R480, I told them I do t want a refund I want my product because whatever the situation they are experiencing with the supplier happened after my order, hence I shouldn’t be affected by their shortage. If they didn’t have stock the order was not going to be processed, now that I want my product I am given the run around.
