Urgent Attention Required for Unresolved Query – Stove Repair

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding the repair of my stove. I initially logged a query on March 19th, and almost two months have passed without any resolution.

A technician visited a month after the initial request and informed me that a part needed to be ordered. However, it has now been over three weeks since that visit, and I have yet to receive any updates or communication about the status of the repair.

This delay is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of attention to my issue. I demand that my stove be repaired as soon as possible and that I receive a clear update on the progress of the parts order and when I can expect the repair to be completed.

I trust this matter will be prioritized and resolved without further delay.
