Urgent Assistance with Makro

I have made an online purchase with Makro Montague Gardens Cape Town and, unfortunately i have to be out the city and could not go to collect my order. I have received an email from Devan Pillay telling me they will refund my order since it has been over 27 days.

I then responding by telling them I am out out Cape Town and asking them for a refund. Right now i have just received an email suggesting that i have collected my order together with an invoice and Devan is not even reaponding to my emails.

Please assist me on this.
