Urgent Assistance Required – No Response on Sofa Enquiry (Over a Week Later)
I am so disappointed with the lack of response from Makro regarding my enquiry about the Beltrancraft LSF - 008 Velvet 6 Seater Sofa (Grey, pre-assembled).
It has now been over a week since I submitted my request, and I have yet to receive any form of feedback. This is extremely frustrating, especially since I am ready and willing to make an immediate purchase.
My query is quite simple, I would like to know if this couch is available in a RHF (Right-Hand Facing) configuration, as my lounge setup requires the daybed to be on the right-hand side. I have recently moved, and this specific setup is essential for my space.
To make matters worse, I now see that stock is listed as limited, which puts me at risk of missing out on this purchase entirely due to poor customer service and delayed response times.
I am urgently requesting clarity on whether a RHF option is available. If confirmed, I am prepared to proceed with the purchase immediately.
Please treat this matter with urgency, as the current situation may leave me without a couch purely due to the delay in assistance.

This has now been ongoing for over a week, and I have still not received a clear or conclusive response. Instead, I am being told what is already on the system, without my request being properly escalated to the supplier.Stock is now becoming limited, and the current discounted price of R6,499 (35% off) is time-sensitive. It is unfair that due to delays and lack of proper escalation, I may miss out on purchasing the correct configuration.All I am asking is for this request to be urgently escalated to the supplier to confirm whether a RHF option can be arranged for me.I truly love this couch and would like to proceed with the purchase — but only if it is the correct configuration for my lounge.Please can someone urgently contact me on ***. Kindly please escalate this request to the supplier as well, to confirm whether this item can be restocked or made available. I would really love to purchase it together with the couch, as they complement each other perfectly for my lounge setup.
