Upset with Makro’s nonsense

So I bought a pack of solar alarms from Makro and it says that it’s a pack of 4. Only 1 item gets delivered. I called Makro and they said I need to log a return and purchase again. I do so hoping I will get the 4 items delivered next time. Firstly, Makro says they will process my refund in a month. I order again, but same thing happens, ONE item gets delivered. So I return it again. Both refunds have NOT made it to my account. The first one was supposed to be on the 13th of October and still nothing. Not sure what to do now coz WOW.
