Upset regarding Delayed Order and Lack of Communication

I am very disappointed and upset with the service I have received. I placed an order online on January 7, 2025. The first item, a Defy cookerhood, arrived on January 8, and I was excited. However, I was promised that the second item, a Defy oven and hob set box, would arrive on Saturday, January 11, 2025.

When I tracked the order, I noticed that it has only been confirmed and there has been no progress since. There has been no communication from their side unless I reach out first. Today is January 13, and there is no indication that I will receive my order anytime soon. I have called and sent WhatsApp messages, requesting that the order be delivered before Friday. If I do not receive my order by Friday, I will need a refund. I will take my business elsewhere where customers are taken seriously.

I have already checked with Bradlows Furnishers and found that they have the same items available.
