Upset customer

I bought a fridge last month which only worked for 2 days and stopped. I did a service call only to find out that the consultant provided incorrect information that belonged to someone else. It's been a month now with consistent back and forth arrangements and till date I have not been assisted.

My food spoiled and I cannot even get groceries because of this unprofessionalism and lack of urgency.

I am Soo upset with the level of service I revieved and the mere fact that they are not assisting is worse.

I need urgent help and we're still running around in circles.

Is the store waiting for my warentee to finish before they can help?
