Updating of personal information
Absolutely terrible service received Trying to update personal details due to a few changes and the information required to change a PO box or name is worse than being investigated by the police Divorce copies and all sorts of nonsense
I have my NEW ID with my updated surname so why the hell should I give you a copy of my divorce document from 2002
NO WONDER PEOPLE CLOSE OFF AND BUSINESS CLOSE YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC AT YOUR CALL CENTRE
