Update on experience with makro

I would like to thank this platform for making it possible to make my voice heard after I had problems with makro and trojan for a malfunctioning treadmill. It was like chasing a ghost because I had to run between the two sides (makro and the supplier ). It pains me to realise that consumers have to resort to this platform for service providers to do the right thing. Long story short, I was refunded for the treadmill. AND THANKS AGAIN FOR THIS PLATFORM. There seem to still be miscommunication between makro and trojan because I got a refund few weeks back but I'm still receiving calls from trojan asking if there's anyone at home for them to come fix the treadmill. And I was expected to deal with all this drama. I'm glad it's finished. I still believe makro must revisit their agreement with their suppliers and not expect customers to deal with suppliers.
