Up and down on my Delivery made on the 27 January can I get my oder delivered

I have since placed a oder online on the 27th of January till today i haven't received my oder,no communication whatsoever unless I take my time to call their number *** which is always unavailable and their email which always bounce back with no delivered massage even worse their head office number is invalid,am very disappointed in their service for such a big store,I have noted can I get my deliveries after 17:30 I will be home or Saturday guess what they would come when there's no one in the house during the week before 5pm and never attempt to come back again What makro is doing to me or rather us customers is customer dissatisfaction and its draining I use my airtime to try and get hold of them only to be told sorry mam we will try and sort it out 😢 😭 I called everyday this week to ask them to deliver because there is someone in the house they just ohk mam tomorrow till today nothing Am so hurt to be getting a service like this from Makro store
