Untransparent

I bought a double bed matress from makro online which was 2500 and take a lot had a similar matress for 2150 and I chose to use makro because up on purchase on the website they said delivery was 2 to 5 days and I bought the matress on the 17 march and they never chances the status of the oder or anything until I asked them on the 23 march which was now 7 Days

Nevertheless I called them to ask the status of my oder since it's changed to handed to courier because I wanted a tacking number

And they told me that they don't have none of that information since it's from a third party and I will get my oder on the 27 march ofwhich the reason I did not buy from take a lot which was cheaper than them was because of the long time frame even though it was cheaper

I feel like makro doesn't respect customers and they should be more transparent just like take a lot and not treat us like we not paying them

I deserve an apology from makro and a quick refund so I can buy somewhere else
